在网上找的很多方法都无效，只有下面这个方法好用：
在电脑桌面右下角结束本地连接时无法结束，并且报错“此时无法停用连接。这个连接可能在用一个或多个不支持即插即用的协议，或者它是由其他用户或系统帐户初始化的。”的最新终极解决方法。如
下：
1、单击开始 > 运行 ， 键入 cmd ，然后单击确定；
2、键入 netsh winsock reset catalog 然后按 Enter键；
3、键入 netsh int ip reset reset.log 然后按 Enter键；
4、重新启动计算机。
开机后再次“禁用本地连接”如果不行，尝试以下步骤：
1、单击开始 > 运行 ， 键入 cmd ，然后单击确定；
2、键入 net stop cryptsvc 然后按 Enter键；
3、键入 ren %systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 oldcatroot2 然后
按 Enter键；
4、重新启动计算机。
说明：我的网络连接里的本地连接无法禁用了，是最近几天出现的情
况，到网上搜索了好多资料，经过N次的试验，发现好多都是残缺不
全或者是根本错误的，现在我把自己的解决方法及一些体会贴出来共
享！这是国外一个网站的帖子，看来国外也有此类问题！
我先按照第一种方法不行，第二种方法解决！

When you try to disable a Local Area Connection in Windows XP, you get an error:
It is not possible to disable the connection at this time.
This connection maybe using one or more protocols that do not support Plug and play, or it may have been initiated by another user or the system account.
1. Click Start > Run, type cmd and click OK.
2. Type netsh winsock reset catalog and press the Enter key.
3. Type netsh int ip reset reset.log and press the Enter
key.
4. Restart the computer.
Check to see if you can disable the Local Area Connection now. If not, try the following steps:
1. Click Start > Run, type cmd and click OK.
2. Type net stop cryptsvc and press the Enter key.
3. Type ren %systemroot%\System32\Catroot2 oldcatroot2 and press the Enter key.
4. Restart the computer.
另外方法：
出现这个问题的原因是：C:\WINDOWS\system32\CatRoot2\{F750E6C3-38EE-11D1-85E5-00C04FC295EE}目录下的CATDB文件被修改。
从正常的系统中复制此文件替换，注意要在DOS下替换。对于该解决方法，我的具体步骤如下（WIN XP SP2)：首先找到正常系统中的该CATDB文件，把自己系统里的CATDB文件剪切出来，放到C盘根目录下（即C:\，这样为了执行命令方便！），然后把下载下来的CATDB文件也剪切出来放到D盘根目录下（即D:\便于替换），现在可以进行湘换的操作了！
点击开始---运行--输入cmd，输入命令:copy d:\catdb c:\catdb
回车后出现提示：改写c:\catdb吗?(Yes/No/All):
在后面输入yes回车即可(成功后提示:已复制1个文件)!
接着把替换后的catdb文件放回原处即C:\WINDOWS\system32\CatRoot2\{F750E6C3-38EE-11D1-85E5-00C04FC295EE}目录下.
现在进入网络连接就发现可以禁用本地连接了一切恢复正常!
